Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month: Our February Picks

February is the month of cozy nights in, heartfelt celebrations, and a little extra sweetness in the air. Whether you’re toasting to love, friendship, or simply surviving winter, it’s the perfect time to treat yourself to something special.

From rich, indulgent cocktails to bright sips that hint at spring, RSVP has everything you need to make this month a little more memorable.

This month we’re showcasing a hazy IPA, a red table wine, and a rich liqueur featuring toasted Sicilian almonds and real cream.

February Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month

Rising Tide’s Mountainside is our February Beer of the Month. It’s a hazy IPA with notes of orange, vanilla, and tropical fruit. Brewed with Altus, Cascade, Melon, and Lotus hops, Mountainside clocks in at 6%. 16 oz 4-pack cans are available for $13.99.

Our February Wine of the Month is Vale de Bomfim Red. This red blend features aromas of bright red cherry with a violet floral undertone. Blackberry fruit and a black pepper spice are on the palate, and it’s balanced by fresh acidity and medium tannins. Bottles are available for $12.99 each.

Fabrizia Crema di Almond, handcrafted with Sicilian almonds and real cream, is our February Liquor of the Month. The almonds are lightly toasted to better bring out their flavor for a taste that you won’t find anywhere else. Pick up a bottle for only $19.99.

Cocktail of the Month

This indulgent dessert martini captures all the flavors of the classic candy bar in a glass. Creamy almond liqueur, rich chocolate, and smooth coconut vodka blend into a silky, decadent sip that’s both nostalgic and sophisticated. The toasted coconut rim adds a tropical aroma and a satisfying crunch. It’s the perfect cocktail for ending the evening—or replacing dessert altogether.
