Baby Guinness

While it looks like a wee pint of Guinness, it’s actually a sweet, layered shot that’s perfect for toasts.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 1/4 oz Irish cream

Instructions:

Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass, then slowly float the Irish cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.

The result: a shot that mimics a dark Guiness stout with a creamy head. Baby Guiness is sweet, smooth, and great for toasting with the lads and lassies on St. Patrick’s (or any) Day!
