Gingerbread Espresso Martini

A cozy, dessert-style cocktail with holiday spice and a caffeine kick

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled)
  • ½ oz gingerbread syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • Garnish: whipped cream, cinnamon, mini gingerbread cookie

Instructions:

Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and gingerbread syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy, then strain into a martini glass.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a mini gingerbread cookie on the rim.
