July Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month
Our July Beer of the Month is Oxbow Brewing’s Loretta. This Farmhouse Wheat Ale clocks in at 4% and is also known as a Grisette, a crisp, medium/light-bodied, citrusy beer. It’s brewed with European and Maine-grown spelt and 12 oz 4-pack cans are available for $10.99.
VillaViva Rosé is our July Wine of the Month. This luscious rosé hails from a French vineyard facing the Mediterranean and features an aromatic nose of raspberries and strawberries. Cocktail of the Month
Our July cocktail of the month is a refreshing, herbaceous spritz perfect for warm weather and the perfect showcase for Hendrick’s Oasium’s floral botanicals.
Summer Garden Spritz

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Hendrick’s Oasium (Grand Cabaret)
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2 oz sparkling water (or tonic)
- Fresh cucumber slices and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Combine the Hendrick’s Oasium, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake lightly, strain into a wine glass or large rocks glass filled with ice, and top with sparkling water. If you want a boozier version, swap out the sparkling water for dry prosecco. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and a mint sprig.
