Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz pear juice or pear nectar
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a thin pear slice or rosemary sprig, and serve.
