Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ¾ oz melon liqueur, such as Midori
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Splash of club soda
- Black sugar for the rim
Directions:
Rim a martini glass with black sugar. Add vodka, melon liqueur, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Finish with a splash of club soda.
Halloween Garnish:
Create a creepy “eyeball” by stuffing a lychee with a blackberry or blueberry. Skewer it on a cocktail pick and place it across the glass.
