Cocktail of the Month
Our December cocktail features Absolut Vanilia, RSVP’s liquor of the month, and boasts a smooth vanilla and rich coffee flavor, balanced with a sweetness and a creamy foam top.
Vanilla Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh espresso (hot or cooled; hot gives a better crema)
- 1 oz Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- ½ oz Simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
Instructions:
Brew a shot of espresso, then let it cool slightly. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Absolut Vanilia, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, then double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
