Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month: Our July Picks

The Solstice may mark the official start, but July is when everyone really shifts into full “summer mode.” The days stretch out, the evenings stay warm, and suddenly the idea of “just one more drink” turns into staying out way later than you planned. Everything feels a little looser, a little louder, and a lot more social — in the best possible way.

From Fourth of July celebrations, backyard barbecues, and trips upta camp, this is the month where plans seem to fall into place without much effort.  Whether you’re hosting or don’t want to show up to the party emptyhanded, RSVP has everything you need to make summer feel simple and fun.

This month we’re featuring a German-style Lager from Definitive Brewing, a South African Chenin Blanc wine, and a rum that’s like a taste of the Caribbean in a bottle.

July Beer, Wine, and Liquor of the Month

Our July Beer of the Month is Definitive Brewing’s Helles, a German-style Lager.  It’s bright, refreshing, crisp, and subtly sweet — with notes of floral hops. Coming in at a smooth 4.7% ABV, Helles is super crushable.  4-packs of 16 oz cans are available for $12.99.

Man Family Wines Chenin Blanc is our July Wine of the Month. This South African wine is sophisticated, fun, and a little sweet. It features flavors of honey, baked pear, vanilla, a hint of aniseed, and a bright finish. Man Family Wines Chenin Blanc pairs perfectly with cheese and crackers, seafood, chicken, and good company! Bottles are only $9.99 each, so you’ll want to grab more than one.

Our July Liquor of the Month is Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum. Made with natural Barbadian coconuts cut by hand, then infused with 100% Barbadian rum, Planteray Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is smooth and rich. You can enjoy it in a cocktail, over ice, or on its own. Bottles are available for $38.99
