Botanical Orchard

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka 
  • 1 oz pear juice or pear nectar
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a thin pear slice or rosemary sprig, and serve.

Botanical Orchard is shaken, juicy, and slightly unexpected.
