Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups white rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 0.75 cup passion fruit syrup (or simple syrup for less tropical flair)
- 0.5 cup lime juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco or sparkling wine (chilled)
- 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
- Optional: 0.5 cup coconut water for a refreshing twist
Garnishes:
- Orange and lime wheels
- Pineapple chunks
- Fresh mint
- Edible flowers (optional, for a festive touch)
- Ice ring or large format ice cubes
Instructions:
In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, combine rum, juices, syrup, lime juice, and triple sec. Stir well and chill until serving. Just before guests arrive, add the chilled Prosecco and gently stir. Garnish with fresh citrus wheels, mint, and fruit and serve over ice in punch cups or stemless wine glasses.
